1. INFORM YOURSELF
When you start looking for a volunteer program and destination, as a minimum you should know in which area you would like to help. If you like animals, ask about animal care and protection projects, if you are a teacher and prefer to support a teaching program, then ask everything about that area. Keep these three points in mind when clarifying doubts and informing yourself.
- Have an idea of what you can do as a volunteer
- Clarify the doubts you have about the association with which you want to volunteer, verifying their testimonies and transparency.
- Ask everything you can or worry about.
2. REQUEST INFORMATION
By sending the mail or form, you will receive within 12 hours an email with the requested information and then a call where you can clarify all doubts you have about the country, projects and the process to follow.
3. CALL OR INTERVIEW
Depending on the project and country where you are interested in volunteering, you will be asked for an interview or other call, apart from all the prior information exchange that has been given. This is done to better understand your interest, skills and knowledge.

Depending on your arrival time, the orientation of the place and the house/hostel/family where you will live during your volunteering will take place. Usually the first day in the project is usually on Mondays, however, even if you arrive another day of the week you can join.
