Being a volunteer abroad

Clara tells us a bit about her adventure as Being a volunteer abroad and the great connection she had with the country, the children and the places she met.

I came here feeling that I was floating a little in life, that I was in a sancocho.

What I have found is a very great connection with the place where I volunteer and the country that has caught me. Its powerful nature connects you back to the earth.

I have also had a connection with the fellow volunteers, and a brutal connection with the children, because you give them little and they open their world and their hearts to you.

The children will surprise you, since each day they will share something different with you.

What has most impressed me, is that every day a child opens his heart to me, to share something of his life, that that makes you leave in the end having a love for everyone because it seems that you know them from all their lives and love specifically make them happier.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE A LITTLE AND HAVE A NEW LOOK, HERE YOU WILL FIND IT.
