What is this program about?

This program is intended and focused on the group with disabilities. With the collaboration of the volunteer, the workshop can be maintained and in the future allow them to access the world of work.

It is a project whose purpose is that these people with different abilities learn and are nurtured to enter the world of work in the future.

In the field you will be with 10-15 people with disabilities who are totally autonomous. It is a very nice program in which, in addition to teaching your knowledge and skills, you will give these people support on a personal level to move forward in the world of work.

As a volunteer you will serve as support and in addition to giving specific knowledge, you will help them improve their social skills and relationships.

How is the day to day and what will I do as a volunteer?

The hours of collaboration are approximately 4-5 hours distributed throughout the day, depending on the needs.

A typical volunteer day begins when the volunteer arrives at the project in the morning, meets with their local coordinator, and distributes the assigned tasks for that day.

Throughout the morning each volunteer contributes to the assigned tasks. A stop is made for lunch and, depending on the needs, they continue with the tasks or have free time.

The volunteer can visit nearby areas in his free time.
