Volunteer training programs
The work of a volunteer here in Panama, has been a collaboration with both the professionals who work here, as with the local population.
Not out of necessity to feed; but to feed your spirit, your mind and give food to other kinds of issues, not just the material.
There is a lack of personal resources and skills. Also in the lack of strategies to go pulling forward. Although they have them in some way, but they are very impoverished.
It is about making a collaboration and fusion with these people and seeing what needs they have and from our capacities in which we can help.
