Juan Venado Reserve
For animal lovers, we recommend visiting this reserve. In which you can find a variety of birds, iguanas and turtles (turtles are seen depending on the season; in Nicaragua, it goes from August until December). Some of the turtle species in the area are the Green turtle and the Leatherback turtle.
